Intro
Thor Strindbergs activities on district 13 has been discovered: He tried to establish an evil plan after his suspension and was hidden in a sector far away for about 13 years!
The Secret Agency has found detailed information due to a leakage of Strindberg Inc. networks.
He was running a secret laboratory and must been being successfully over the years because a transaction about huge amount of money transfered to Strindberg Inc. was found: Illegal Bio-Chem-Weapons were sold to an unknown receiver.
Eden Initiative and Global Trust worked together in this case and got new information from their scouts who traveled to district 13:
"The situation is very alarming, we could not have survived without our special equipment, there are toxic fumes everywhere, and everything is nuclear-contaminated!
We can only look at a heavily armed port on which only robots work. The laborities must be hidden under the earth. Several wreck pieces of weapon tests were found!
